中国糖业协会简介

中国糖业协会是1992年3月经原轻工业部批准，1992年6月在民政部注册登记的独立社团法人组织。1992年10月8日正式成立。现有社团编制18人。
中国糖业协会以促进行业健康、稳定发展，实现民族工业的振兴为己任，以作好协调、服务工作为根本宗旨。团结全体会员，为企业服务，反映会员愿望，维护会员的合法权利；根据行业发展的实际情况，提出意见和建议，协助政府进行宏观的决策；积极贯彻国家发展糖业的方针、政策、法令。
中国糖业协会最高权利机构是会员代表大会。理事长领导下的理事会对代表大会负责。秘书处是协会的常设机构，负责协会的日常工作。秘书处内设有办公室、技术咨询部、调研信息部、销售协调部等部门。
中国糖业协会的会员包括工、农、商、外贸、科学研究、教育、设计安装、设备制造等与糖业有关的企事业单位，其中有458家甘蔗和甜菜糖厂、25家制糖科研机构、9家设计院、15所设有制糖专业的大专院校、19家糖机制造厂。
中国糖业协会愿与国内外有志发展中国糖业的各界朋友共同携手，开创甜蜜事业的辉煌明天。

Brief Introduction to China Sugar Association

China Sugar Association was approve by the Ministry of Light Industry in March, 1992, was a self-help juridical association organization registered in the Ministry of Civil Affairs in June,1992, was founded in Oct. 8,1992. Now there are 18 of college authorized.

China Sugar Association take promoting the industry health, stabilizing development and realizing recovery of national industry as self-job, its root tenet is assort with and serve for industry .The association want to hold together membership, serve for enterprises, reflect members’ desire and maintain there legal right; the association also would put forward some idea and suggestion, assist the government decision-making on macroscopic plan; besides this the associations would carry out activity the national policies and ordinances for developing the industry .

Tiptop right organization of the China Sugar Association is a membership congress. A directors meeting leaded by chief director is replied for the membership congress. A secretary department is a standing body of the association, is in charge of daily works of the association. The office, technical consultation department, studying & information department, and selling & correspond department, etc. are set in the secretary department.

The members of the association include some enterprises and facilities units concerning with the sugar industry such as some other industry, farming, trade, foreign trade, science & research, education, and design & installation, etc.

Among sugar cane factories and sugar beet factories 458, research institutes for sugar manufacture 25, design institutes specialty 9, universities and colleges with sugar manufacture specialty 15,and sugar equipment manufactures 19.

The association will take hands together with all circles friends both at home and abroad aim at developing Chinese sugar industry, and to start refulgence tomorrow for a sweet project.
